Kevin joined Penn Law as an associate in 2019 after working at the firm as a summer associate. He focuses in the areas of product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, childhood sexual abuse, and complex civil litigation.
Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Kevin attended Clemson University where he competed as a scholarship athlete on the track and cross-country teams before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology in 2015. In May 2019, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor on the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
During law school, Kevin gained practical experience working as a student prosecutor in the Morgan County District Attorney’s Office. He also gained experience as a corporate counsel extern with NCR Corporation, and while serving as a summer fellow with UGA Law’s Wilbanks CEASE Clinic. At the CEASE Clinic, he represented survivors of childhood sexual abuse in civil litigation against their abusers. During his third year, Kevin was selected as a pupil in the E. Wycliffe Orr, Sr. American Inn of Court in recognition of his commitment to advocacy.
Kevin is admitted to practice in the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts, the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and American Association for Justice.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys running, playing sports, and watching Clemson football. He lives in Vinings with his wife.
