Biography
Scott is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, product liability, auto and trucking collisions and premises liability.
Originally from Middleburg, Virginia, Scott graduated from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia where he double-majored in Government and Sociology. He attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law where he graduated cum laude with a J.D.
Scott has been practicing law in Atlanta since receiving his degree, spending several years at local firms before opening his own practice, The Patterson Cozzo Law Firm, in 2005. He brings more than 20 years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, product liability and criminal defense to Penn Law.
He practices law throughout the State of Georgia and is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Bar Association and the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association.
Scott lives in Marietta with his wife and daughter where he enjoys spending time with them while doing anything outdoors, including hiking, paddle boarding and biking.
