Biography

Hannah is an incoming associate attorney at Penn Law. She will graduate law school in May 2022 and plans to sit for the July 2022 bar exam. She is currently a law clerk and worked at the firm as a summer associate in 2021. She assists the firm with a wide range of practice areas, and her area of focus is childhood sexual abuse. 

Hannah's work in the legal field began in high school. She attended Lassiter High School in East Cobb, and she was team captain of the debate and mock trial teams. During high school, Hannah worked for two law firms. In the summer after graduating high school, she obtained her paralegal certification through the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education. 

For undergrad, Hannah attended the University of Georgia, majoring in political science and international affairs. She was designated a First Honor Graduate after graduating with an overall grade point average of 4.0. Each semester, Hannah was named a presidential scholar. While in undergrad, Hannah was extensively involved in the legal field, interning at the Athens-Clarke County Public Defender's Office, Athens-Clarke County District Attorney's Office, and a law firm in Marietta, Georgia. Before graduating and attending law school, Hannah interned for the Domestic Policy Council at the White House, where she drafted legal briefs for senior Administrative personnel.

Hannah currently attends the University of Georgia School of Law. She holds many leadership positions, including Editor-in-Chief of Volume 29 of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and co-founder/President of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association (MELSA). Hannah competes and coaches in Moot Court and was named a 2021 National Online Moot Court Competition Champion. She was designated as a 2020 UGA Law Judicial Clerkship Fellow and externed for the Honorable Steve Jones in the Northern District of Georgia for eight months. 

In law school, she dedicates most of her time to UGA Law's Wilbanks CEASE Clinic, representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse in civil litigation against their abusers. She assisted CEASE with Harvey v. Merchan, a landmark case decided by the Georgia Supreme Court which interpreted the Hidden Predator Act. Hannah is an advocate of trauma-informed lawyering and strives to implement those skills with her clients. 

She is a student member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Atlanta Bar Association, and Western Circuit Bar Association.

Hannah enjoys traveling, networking, and trying new foods. She is fluent in Arabic.
