Client FAQ

Penn Law expects the following from its clients:

• Be completely honest about the facts concerning your case. Not all facts are good facts but you need to be transparent with your attorney so that he/she can provide a proper assessment.
• Be on time for appointments and respond promptly to requests. This is critical to avoid delay on your case.
• Listen to your attorney. Just as you go to a doctor for medical device, our advice is based upon our knowledge of the law and trial experience.
• Be patient. These cases are difficult and take time. We will guide you through the process, but very few cases are open and shut.
• Keep you attorney informed. For instance, if you have to have surgery as a result of a car wreck, inform your attorney of the surgery and expected cost.
