Growing up in Macon and having a father with a dedicated practice as a personal injury lawyer, Laura learned how being a trial lawyer helps protect the rights of injured individuals and make a difference in their lives for the better.
Laura went to college at the University of Georgia, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology, graduating magna cum laude and with honors. Laura attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where she graduated magna cum laude and in the top five percent of her class.
While at Mercer, Laura was a member of the Mercer Law Review and was actively involved in the Moot Court Program.
